'What You Need to Know About Donating Tissue For Cancer Research'

 
You may be asked to donate some of your excess tissue that is not needed for your medical care. Before you make your decision it may be helpful for you to learn more about tissue and
why it is so important. The use of tissue or specimens in research is vital for medical
science to advance. Tissue can be glood, urine, saliva, etc.

Our presenters and panel for the two hour program will consist of cancer specialists, researchers, patient advocates, and other leaders in the Cancer Community.

You will have an opportunity to ask questions and share your own experiences so that we may better help cancer patients participate in their own treatment and choices.
